More on Election Night
7 November 2006Well, election night is well under way and so far, I’ve had one visitor to the chat and I missed her. (To Sarah, I thought I had it set to make a sound when someone entered but I missed a step. Please accept my apology.) Anyway, there doesn’t appear to be much interest in the chat so I think I’m going to head on down to the local GOP election night bash at T-Bones. Four years ago our governor (elect), Mark Sanford was there and it was a great evening. The governor won’t be there tonight, he’s back in Columbia, but lots of other Republicans will be on hand and I expect it’ll be as much fun as last time.
I’ll still be following the returns, of course, so watch for more later tonight. I’m not a big late night partier so I expect I’ll be back before midnight. When I get back I’ll be back online back in the chat room. I don’t expect to go to bed before the wee hours of the morning, if at all. Of course, all are welcome to hang out in the chat room and discuss the elections in my absence. I’ll check to see if anyone is there when I return.
